All quoted prices are shown in U.S. Dollars.  We book all our events through a third party website like GigSalad.  GigSalad requires the full payment in advance, at the time you accept the quote.  We require a 30% non-refundable deposit on all our event bookings.   This is required to hold your date and it is our guarantee that we will not book another event at that time. It is non-refundable because it prevents us from booking another event.  If you cancel your event, we may have missed an opportunity to fill that date while holding it for you.  GigSalad will pay that deposit to us and hold the balance until the event is completed. If you cancel your event, that balance will be returned to you. If you do not cancel, that balance will then be sent to us.
